Meet Kathleen Vincent, LMT

As a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Practitioner, my passion is to bring stress relief to your life and help you to achieve optimal wellness.

“You have hands of gold,

You’re a healer.”

These words from her father, when she helped him to long outlive doctors’ expectations, helped to set Kathleen on her current path.  

With many years of previous experience in the medical field as a medical assistant, Kathleen developed a deep understanding of the kinds of issues people face when they suffer with chronic pain and illness.  Having worked with private doctors as well as in a hospital setting, she has extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the limitations of drug therapy.

She went on to study massage therapy and graduated from New York College of Holistic Medicine where she studied both Eastern and Western medicine.
